We love living so close to Michael and the kids, and every so often they'll drop by on their way somewhere (or if Julian has a potty emergency) to say hi!

Vivi turns 1!!
Our favorite little "niece" turned one on February 26-- what a year it's been!!
Best Auntie and Uncle ever-- Jeremy made the cake and I decorated it!
